About Me
Maurice is a clinical pharmacist with the Medicaid Services unit at the University of Illinois at Chicago Retzky College of Pharmacy. Maurice graduated with his Doctor of Pharmacy in 2012 from Chicago State University College of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency with the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Maurice has practiced in the community pharmacy setting for 8 years and has 4 years of management experience. In 2021, he received the Distinguished Young Pharmacist Award from the Illinois Pharmacists Association in recognition of his outstanding service to the profession of pharmacy. Maurice currently serves on the Drugs and Therapeutics Advisory Board, helps manage the Hemophilia program, and assists the social media team in developing content.
Maurice resides in Chatham, IL, and as an academic detailer with Illinois ADVANCE, he works with physicians and healthcare providers throughout central and southern Illinois.
