Steve has extensive experience in community pharmacy, both as a chain pharmacist and independent pharmacy. As an owner of an independent pharmacy, Steve was responsible for managing all aspects of a busy community pharmacy in a medical office building. The challenge of staffing, accounting, strategic planning, program development, marketing, and anything else that you can think of was very rewarding. Steve is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy and Geriatrics. He received the 2015 NASPA Excellence in Innovation Award and the 2011 Catalyst Grant Award for Innovative Practice. Steve has been with IL ADVANCE since 2023 and is in charge of marketing and development.
